     Fund Raising                   

Most Country and Western Clubs,Festivals or Camp Outs like ours all do good fund raising work.

2 Tribes is no exception we support two local charities the first being our local Hospital at Cirencester, and the other is  Newholme Day Centre for Adults with Disabilities. Both of which are very dear to my heart, as I attend the Day Centre twice a week which is not only good for me,it gives Joe a rest or as he says a bit of peace and quiet! I have also had to stay at the hospital and Joe and I have frequent appointments. Over the three Camp Outs we held last year we collected £80.00 just from the Table Top Sales, The Fast Draw Competitions and a game of horse shoe throwing. They were both very appriciative of the donations which the Hospital is putting towards an Endescope. The Day Centre will put it to good use to help with the cost of activities and art materials.

A big thank you goes to all who took part because with out your support the above charities would not have had their contributions. Please keep it going and lets hope we have a few more entries this year so we can give even more to our charities.
